By creating an account or using Heaven Lab tools on heavenchester.com, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are for your own use. Sharing an account or exceeding your plan's device limit may result in suspension.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the tools, attempt to break security, or interfere with other users.
• Only upload content you have the right to process.

Plans & billing

Free accounts include a limited monthly allowance. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account.

Service availability

The tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.
